YOu are so right! Our 5 year old has now chosen transformers to be his "thing" for a while. I found it easy when he was imitating superman and spiderman to bring in teaching points of the word of God and attributes of God but last night as we were all together in the car and it was transformers this and transformers that, my mind was racing with "how am I going to bring this to a godly point?" And just like God the scripture came to my mind "be ye transformed" and so I told him, Bubby the first transformer was in the bible and that got his attention really quick and I began to talk to him about what it really means to be transformed to a 5 year old in a way that he can relate to.

As we have heard Pastor Holcomb and many others say, we reap what we sow and that includes what and who we surround ourselves with. Great blog.

We love you all,
Robin, Kelli and Erick Kirchner
